About the Recipe

Banana Muffins (with chocolate chips) are moist, fluffy, and sweet!

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick backing mix

1 egg, lightly eaten

1 ⅓ cups mashed bananas (about 3 bananas)

½ cup brown sugar, packed

3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Place biscuit mix in medium bowl & break up any lumps.


Step 2

Combine remaining ingredients & stir into the biscuit mix.


Step 3

Fill paper-lined muffin cups ⅔ full.


Step 4

Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.


Step 5

Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
